Description

Rezoning application and district plan to permit a mixed-use development with a GFA of 705,280 square metres, including 635,780 square metres residential GFA (9,52 9 dwelling units) and 69,500 square metres non-residential GFA comprising 13,471 square metres retail, 24,505 square metres office and 31,524 square metres institutional with a density of 3.9 FSI and proposed building heights up to 63 storeys (195 metres). 10% of the residential GFA is proposed to be provided as affordable housing. The proposal includes five new local streets, two parks (total 16,300 square metres), and 4 privately-owned publicly accessible spaces. Proposed non-residential uses include a JK-Grade 8 TDSB school, district library, 3 childcare facilities, 929 square metres of community space, retail/commercial uses, a cultural destination, an office building, and a hotel.
