Description

Site Plan Control Application proposes the development of a 27-storey residential building. The building will provide a total of 354 residential units, being a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. A paved access from Lansing Square Road will be provided, leading to 2 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 178 parking spaces; as well as 226 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 23,954 square metres and a FSI of 1.59.
