Description
Site Plan Amendment Application for the previously approved Site Plan Control Application (File No.: 22 137816 ESC 23 SA) which facilitated the redevelopment of the site with a five-storey self-storage building (Building A), a one-storey with mezzanine warehouse building (Building B), a one-storey retail building (Building C) a one-storey restaurant (Building 5). This application seeks to reduce the size of Building C from 2,116.3 m2 to 1,081.7 m2, and to increase the number of surface parking from 318 parking spaces to 378 parking spaces
