Description

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is proposing for the development of a hospital parking garage located on an existing surface parking lot on the northern end of the site. The development proposes a total GFA of 28,745 square metres across five (5) levels, delivering 926 parking spaces, including 65 accessible parking spaces. In total, the parking garage contributes to an overall site parking supply of 1,309 parking spaces. The parking garage will provide 20 short term bike parking spaces and 22 long term spaces.
