Description
OPA & Rezoning Application proposes the development of an 46-storey mixed-use building providing residential and commercial use. The building will provide a total of 636 residential units, being a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. The building will also provide retail at grade. A paved access from Eldora Ave along the north property line will be provided, leading to 3 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 154 parking spaces; as well as 370 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 39,191.50 square metres and a FSI of 15.27. Additionally, the proposed development provides 1,443.50 square metres of indoor amenity space and 469.70 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
