Description
Site Plan Control Application proposes the development of a 51-storey mixed-use building providing residential and commercial uses. The building will provide a total of 604 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. The building will also provide retail units at grade. A paved access from Poyntz Ave along the east property line will be provided, leading to 3 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 80 parking spaces; as well as 454 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 38,387 square metres and a FSI of 17.7. Additionally, the proposed development provides 906 square metres of indoor amenity space and 906 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
