Description
Proposed mixed-use development containing two new buildings, including a 35-storey building in the southern portion of the site fronting on The Queensway (Building 1) and an inverted U-shaped building in the northern portion of the site which includes a 5- and 8-storey midrise elements, and a 20-storey tower element (Building 2). The proposed development includes a total gross floor area of 71,268 square metres. This includes 654 square metres of commercial GFA and 550 square metres of flexible community use space in Building 1, as well as 70,063 square metres of residential GFA spread between both buildings. A total of 649 residential units are proposed, including 154 rental replacement units, all owned and operated by TCHC, providing net new affordable and market housing.
