Description
Zoning By-law Amendment Application proposes the development of two 6-storey residential buildings. The proposed building at 39-43 Wilket Road will provide a total of 44 residential units, being a mix of 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom units. A paved access from Wilket Road will be provided, leading to 1 level of below-grade parking, providing a total of 52 parking spaces; as well as 34 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 9,043.2 square metres. The proposed building at 1 Tudor Gate will provide a total of 10 residential units (2 bedrooms), a total of 8 bicycle parking and 2,841.2 square metres of GFA.
