Description
Site Plan Control Application proposes the development of a 13-storey residential retirement building. The building will provide a total of 208 residential units, being a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 1 bedroom + den, and 2-bedroom. The retirement residence will offer a range of living options, including memory care, assisted living, independent living, and rental replacement units. A paved access from Alexandra Blvd along the west property line will be provided, leading to 1 level of below-grade parking, providing a total of 24 parking spaces; as well as 35 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 20,860 square metres and a FSI of 6.93. Additionally, the proposed development provides 3,325.00 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1,023.00 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
