Description

OPA & Rezoning Application proposes the development of a 7-storey residential apartment building providing retail use at grade. The building would provide a total of 44 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. The building would also provide one retail unit at grade. Access from Krawchuck Lane would be provided, leading to 2 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 29 parking spaces; as well as 52 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 3,870 square metres and a FSI of 4.01.
