Description

Rezoning Application proposes the development of a 35-storey residential building. The building would include a total of 374 residential units. A paved access from Richview Road along the north property line would be provided, leading to 3 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 390 parking spaces; as well as 282 bicycle parking spaces.
