Description

Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit a mixed-use development consisting of 37-storey (124.8m + 6m MPH) and 39-storey (131.1m + 6m MPH) towers on 6-storey podiums. 840 residential units (including 26 rental replacement units), 228 vehicle parking spaces and 961 bicycle parking spaces are proposed. The total gross floor area (GFA) of 58,447 square metres results in a floor space index (FSI) of 11.06. 778 square metres of non-residential GFA,is also proposed, a portion of which will be designated as an in-kind benefit community agency space.
