Description

OPA & Rezoning Application proposes the development of an 25-storey mixed-use building providing commercial use at grade. The building will provide a total of 256 residential units, with a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units.A paved access from Bruce Ave will be provided, leading to 2 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 58 parking spaces; as well as 283 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 19,801.40 square metres and a FSI of 11.96. Additionally, the proposed development provides 739.10 square metres of indoor amenity space and 305.50 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
