Description
Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a 30-storey building with residential and commercial uses. The building proposes 351 residential units. Vehicle access is from Greenbriar Road, leading to a three level parking garage, containing 97 parking spaces, including 5 parking spaces shared between visitors and the commercial uses. A total of 274 bicycle parking spaces are proposed including 239 long term and 35 short term spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 22,416.70 square metres and a FSI of 11.23. Additionally, the proposed development provides 637.90 square metres of indoor amenity space and 632.40 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
