Description
The proposal for a 1,749 square metre homeless shelter will comprise of: a renovation of the1,080 square metre portion of former warehouse building to remain (currently vacant), and a 669square metre addition (641sm of addition + 28 sm new building cladding) to provide 19 bedsittingrooms, which will accommodate approximately 80 adults of all genders, including couplesexperiencing homelessness.
