Description
Combined Official Plan & Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit four mixed-use buildings with building heights that would range from 14 to 28 storeys with retail and commercial uses on the ground floor. There would be 863 residential dwelling units, 513 vehicle and 996 bicycle parking spaces. A daycare, new public park of approximately 1,415 square metres and a new public street is proposed. The application also seeks approval by the City of a request that part of the Subject Site be classified as a Class 4 Receptor Area pursuant to the Ministry of the Environment's Noise Guideline to address noise from nearby industrial development.
