Description
Site Plan Control Application for Block 6c proposes the development of an 39-storey residential tower including a 6 storey podium. The building will provide a total of 452 residential units, being a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom. A paved access from Steve Podborski Road along the western property line will be provided, leading to 4 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 175 parking spaces; as well as 535 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 30,534.59 square metres and a FSI of 12.39. Additionally, the proposed development provides 749.64 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1075.83 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
