Description

A Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application that proposes the development of a 10-storey mixed-use building providing residential and commercial use at grade. The building will provide a total of 77 residential units, being a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedrooms. The building will also provide 2 retail units at grade. A paved access from Sunrise Ave will be provided, leading to 3 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 41 parking spaces; as well as 88 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 5,574.34 square metres and a FSI of 5.30. Additionally, the proposed development provides 162.39 square metres of indoor amenity space and 180.90 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
