Description

Site Plan Control Application proposes the development of a 42-storey residential building. The building will provide a total of 477 rental residential units, being a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedrooms. A paved access from Irvington Cres along the west property line will be provided, leading to 3 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 133 parking spaces; as well as 181 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 30,893 square metres and a FSI of 13.28. Additionally, the proposed development provides 1,040 square metres of indoor amenity space and 582 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
