Description
Zoning By-law Amendment proposing seven 12 to 40-storey mixed-use towers and a 6-storey mid-rise building. 2,693 dwelling units are proposed with two levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 1298 parking spaces and 2072 bicycle parking spaces. A gross floor area (GFA) of 207,637 square metres is proposed, which includes 11,829 square metres of retail GFA, resulting in a Floor Space Index (FSI) of 5.7. The development includes an on-site parkland dedication of 3,993.5 square metres and a mid-block woonerf.
