Description
Proposing to demolish the existing buildings on the Subject Lands and redevelop the site with a 33-storey (plus Mechanical Penthouse) mixed-use building and 82 parking spaces within three levels of underground parking. The proposed development contemplates a total proposed gross floor area (GFA) of 26,016.6 square metres and a total proposed density of 12.1 times the area of the lot. Proposal provides total of 380 dwelling units, 1,520.5 square metres of amenity space and 299 bicycle parking spaces.
