Description

Proposed redevelopment of the 12-storey office building at 60 Yonge Street with a 65-storey mixed-use building that includes a 5-storey base building, topped with a 61-storey residential tower, for an overall building height of 246.2 metres (including the mechanical penthouse). A total of approximately 58 square metres of retail space is proposed on the ground floor, as well as 649 new residential units.
