Description
Site Plan Control Application proposes to develop three buildings that will be three-, 46- and 56-storeys, providing residential and commercial use at grade. The buildings will provide a total of 1,219 residential units. The buildings will also provide a new YMCA facility at grade. The development includes four levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 641, including 16 visitor parking spaces, and 135 for the YMCA facility. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 84,761.30 square metres and a floor space index of 6.0. Additionally, the development proposes an on-site park dedication.
