Description
The proposed development for an Education Centre and parking garage is located on an existing surface parking lot in the northwest corner of the property. A total GFA of 46,577 square metres is proposed; 17,750 square metres are for the 6-storey L-shaped Education Centre, and 28,827 square metres for the 6-storey parking garage (which includes 7 levels of parking, given parking located on the roof of the structure). 114 surface parking spaces are included with the proposed development, and 900 parking spaces are proposed within the parking garage, for a total of 1,014 spaces. These spaces contribute to a total parking supply of 1,599 parking spaces on the site
