Description
Site Plan Application proposes the development of an 11-storey mixed-use building providing residential, home occupation uses and commercial use at grade. The building will provide a total of 291 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and home occupation units. The building will also provide one retail unit at grade. A paved access from Yeomans road along the southern property line will be provided, leading to three levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 207 parking spaces; as well as 227 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 16,920.64 square metres and a FSI of 5.977. Additionally, the proposed development provides 602.23 square metres of indoor amenity space and 585.96 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
