Description
A city-initiated official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendment by CreateTO has been resubmitted to facilitate a mixed use development. The property is currently being used as a parking lot. The proposal consists of three (3) residential towers which transition in height from 59-storeys to 44-storeys with a total of 1,695 residential units of which a portion will be dedicated as affordable housing units, and a non-residential gross floor area of 1,063 square metres. There are a total of 5,091 square metres of amenity space, including 3,842 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1,249 square metres of outdoor amenity space. A Publicly Accessible Space (PAS) with an area of 215 squre metres and a total of 1,274 bicycle parking spaces.
