Description

Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment application to permit a 26-storey mixed-use building with a total gross floor area of 22,787.7 square metres (including 364.6 sq.m.of non-residential uses), resulting in a Floor Space Index (FSI) of 6.16. 329 dwelling units are proposed along with 290 parking spaces.
