Description
Draft Plan of Subdivision submission in order to implement the OLT approved zoning by-law amendment application located at 4121 Kingston Road. The DPOS will create the conditions and block patterns for creating two mixed-use mid-rise buildings of 13- and 12-storeys, and two towers of 29- and 38-storeys.
