Description

The proposed development of this large vacant 24,254 square metre parcel of land at the southwest corner of Warden Avenue and Comstock Road involves the construction of a 2 storey (13 m) Charitiy Bingo Hall including electronic gaming, bowling alleys and a restaurant and bar. Overall, 6921 square metres of Gross Floor Area are proposed, and 382 autmomtobile and 30 biciyle parking spaces are proposed to be provided.This application is related to Minor Variance application No. A0206/23SC, which was refused at Committee of Adjustment, but successfully appealed at TLAB by the applicant. The Proposed development is a two storey (12.9 m, not including roof top mechanical units) Electronic Bingofacility, on an existing site that has not been developed.
