Description

OPA & Rezoning to facilitate a redevelopment that is comprised of two separate buildings combined by a one-storey below grade parking structure. The proposed buildings are four (4) and eleven (11) stories in height. The four-storey building contains 15 residential units and the eleven-storey building contains 43 residential units and two retail units at grade. The total gross Floor Space Index (FSI) of the proposeddevelopment is 3.45(gross) and 3.71 (net).
