Description

Combined Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit two mixed-use buildings with a 54 storey tower and 44 storey tower containing 1,261 residential dwelling units and 636 square metres of non-residential GFA. An Official Plan Amendment was requested to increase the height of the towers permitted on this site under site-specific polices of the Central Waterfront Secondary Plan from 120m and 150m to 140m and 170m, respectively.
