** Related applications for Zoning By-law Amendment (File No.: 22 204512 STE 14 OZ) and Site Plan Control (File No.: 22 204511 STE 14 SA) are currently under appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal.** Official Plan Amendment (OPA) filed to address revised proportion of non-residential gross floor area and increased height. This OPA application is expected to be appealed and consolidated with the existing Ontario Land Tribunal hearing for the related Zoning By-law and Site Plan applications.
