Description
Construction of a 3-storey building for water treatment process upgrades, including ultraviolet (UV) disinfection and a residuals management facility (RMF). This building, which will typically be unoccupied, has an approximate building area of 2,505 m2 (approximately 71.91m x 35.48m) and a gross floor area of 5,221 m2. There are varying rooftop heights ranging from approximately 8 m to 24 m above grade. There will be 3 new parking spaces available in the drive area. There will also be another single-storey building constructed to house electrical equipment, with an approximate area of 46 m2 (dimensions of 11 m x 4.7 m), along with additional infrastructure work throughout the site. The height of the building is approximately 3.9 m above grade. This building will typically be unoccupied.The project also includes renewable energy infrastructure (solar photovoltaic panels and battery energy storage system, i.e. solar panels) to be installed south of the proposed building area as part of another phase of construction work.
