Description

Site Plan Approval for a 41-storey (129.6 metres in height excluding the 6 storey mechnical penthouse) residential development with a six-storey podium including 547 dwelling units of which 35 are rental replacement and 11 are affordable rental units. The proposal includes a total of 39,900 square metres of residential gross floor area.Two storeys of underground parking are proposed consisting of 304 vehicular parking spaces, 601 bicycle parking spaces and two loading spaces.
