Description
The proposed redevelopment replaces 5 separate buildings with a one-storey industrial building 7,508.09 sq.m in size with 504.15 sq. m devoted to an ancillary office component. An existing fabrication building, with a GFA of 2,301.95 sq.m, located on the east side of the site, is to remain. Altogether, the total GFA for the development will be 9,810.04 sq.m, resulting in a total site coverage of 42.12%.
