Description
Combined Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a mixed-use building with a 20 storey (61.8 metre) tower and an 11-storey (34.8 metre) mid-rise component containing 505 residential units, 2,451.3 square metres of commercial GFA, and a 355 square metre privately-owned publicly accessible space (POPS). The total Gross Floor Area proposed is 40,625.1 square metres, resulting in a Floor Space Index of 6.35. A total of 386 vehicle parking spaces are proposed in 2 levels of underground parking and at grade.
