Description
Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a mixed-use development containing a central public park of 4,286.4 square metres, three new public streets, ten residential and mixed-use buildings with heights ranging from 18- to 46-storeys, and two 7-storey employment use buildings. Collectively, the buildings contain a total of 4,222 dwelling units and a total gross floor area of 346,246.7 square metres, including 291,074.2 square metres of residential gross floor area, 21,963 square metres of employment gross floor area and 2,524 square metres of retail and daycare gross floor area.
