Description

June 5, 2024: Proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision application to create the necessary blocks to support the proposed development.**Note associated Zoning By-law Amendment Application 24 153505 WET 03 OZ seeeking to permit the comprehensive redevelopment of the subject site with a new master planned complete community containing a central public park with a size of 4,286.4 square metres surrounded by two new public roads, ten mixed-use buildings with heights ranging from 18- to 46-storeys and two 7-storey employment use buildings. Collectively, the buildings contain a total of 4,222 dwelling units and a total gross floor area of 346,246.7 square metres, comprised of 291,074.2 square metres of residential gross floor area, 21,963 square metres of employment gross floor area and 2,524 square metres of retail and daycare gross floor area. The proposal will result in a density of 6.0 times the area of the lot.
