Description
Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit two towers, 56- and 53-storeys in height, atop a shared podium transitioning in height from 10-storeys at the north up to 12-storeys at the south. A 16-storey component is situated at the northwest corner of the site. The proposal includes 5,000 square metres of Production, Interactive, and Creative (PIC) space, 2,399 square metres of grade related retail, and 120,504 square metres of residential gross floor area, resulting in over 1,700 units of which 6.5% will be provided as Affordable Rental Housing. A singular vehicle access is located from Bouchette Street with loading areas internal to the base building, with vehicle parking provided in two underground levels.

Comparison with similar applications
Lobbied applications are compared only with unlobbied applications of the same type, in the same ward, submitted in the same year and of the same size band (units or floor area from the description; sub-type for Committee of Adjustment files). Unlobbied applications are weighted to match the lobbied group. Raw lobbied versus unlobbied averages are not reported.

Submission to the first decision status seen in our daily loads (measured from launch). Approval and refusal rates are among applications with a recorded decision.
Large and complex applications attract both lobbying and longer reviews, and matching cannot remove every difference between applications, so a difference does not show that lobbying changed how an application was reviewed.
Lobbyists choose whom to contact, so a difference does not show a change of mind.
