Description

Application for zoning bylaw amendment for File No.: File No.: 23 206748 22 OZ was adopted by Council on June 26, 2024. A new ROW would be created connecting westward from Kennedy Road (20 metres in width). Six (6) of the townhouse blocks would be north of the proposed new ROW and three (3) would be located to the south. Two development blocks and one block to be dedicated to the City as a public road are proposed.
