Description
The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing residential buildings and redevelop the site with a mixed use development consisting of a 41 storey tower and 43 storey tower (exclusive of mechanical penthouses), located on a tiered podium of 1, 5 and 6 storeys. A total of 1100 residential units, a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 73,411 square metres and an approximate Floor Space Index (FSI) of 9.77 is proposed. The proposal includes on-site park dedication of 756 square metres, located at the south end of the site, with frontage on Keele Street, extending west to include frontage also on Romfield Drive.A Rental Housing Demolition and Replacement application has been submitted to address the rental replacement of the existing 33 townhouse units.
