Description

Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendement applications for a 9-storey, 29.12 metre (32.32 incl. mech), 8,429.4 square metre, mixed use building with 218.9 square metres of ground floor commercial space. The project proposes 113 residential units, 114 bike parking spaces & 31 vehicle parking spaces.
