Description
This proposal was appealed to the OLT and subsequently settled with Council adoption in April 2025. The proposal is for an 18-storey (57m excluding mechanical penthouse) building comprised of a total of 14,850 m2 (14,517m2 of residential, 333m2 of non-residential) and a total of 230 dwelling units. A total of 6 vehicular and 263 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
