Description

The proposed plan consists of a 10 storey residential mixed use mid-rise, with retail at grade. A total of 19,084 m2 residential GFA and 606 m2 non-residential retail GFA are included, along with 1 below grade parking level. 274 residential units are proposed from floors 2-10 and a mechanical penthouse level with indoor and outdoor amenity. The below grade level includes 68 residential stalls, 1 car share stall, 15 retail/visitor stalls and 160 long term bicycle spaces. A Zoning By-Law Amendment application was submitted in March 2023 and has been deemed complete as of May 3, 2023 (23 122250 WET 03 OZ).
