Description
The proposal to add a new second storey on top of the southeast portion of the existing building for institutional purposes. The proposed development would add a total of 713 m2 of gross floor area (GFA) to the site, including 678 m2 for the proposed second storey, and 35 m2 to the ground floor at the east façade as part of the administrative space. A total of 25 parking spaces would be provided on site, including two (2) barrier-free parking spaces. Seven (7) bicycle parking spaces, including five (5) short-term and two (2) long-term, would be provided on site
