Description

On April 10, 2025, the OLT approved (with conditions) the appealed proposal to permit a 5-storey (21.7m + 4.8m MPH) residential building containing 62 units with a gross floor area of 13,235.1 sqm (FSI of 1.81). Vehicular access will be provided off of Post Road. 155 parking spaces will be provided in a 2 storey underground parking garage.
