Description
The proposed patient tower has a total height of 15-storeys (13 occupied storeys) and 81.75m including the mechanical penthouse and interstitial mechanical floor on level 8.The proposed building height is 70.98m exclusive of the rooftop mechanical penthouse.The proposed Non-Residential Gross Floor Area (NRGFA) is 21,146.62m2. The new patient tower will replace the existing surface parking lot and 3-storey auditorium that currently occupy the site.
