Description

Toronto Public Library (TPL) is seeking site plan approval to permit exterior alterations to an existing library branch located at 575 Van Horne Avenue, generally located east of Highway 404, and south of Finch Avenue East. The proposed alterations include a 96.2 square metre demolition to the existing structure, as well as two additions - to the north-west building corner and along the easterly façade - totalling 274.7 square metres. The proposed additions include roof line modifications.
