Description
Site Plan Application in relation to rezoning application file #16 198950 WET 06 OZ. This application proposes four apartment buildings (22, 30, 36, and 36 storeys) connected by a five-storey mixed-use base building to be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 will include integrated Metrolinx infrastructure for the GO Transit Station including a new station building, pedestrian pick-up drop-off (PPUDO) facility, transit plaza, and underground commuter parking. The proposed buildings (both phases combined) would have 1,351 residential units, 2,240.7 square metres of non-residential gross floor area, 614 car parking spaces underground (not including the 300 proposed Metrolinx parking spaces), and 1,056 bicycle parking spaces (not including the 66 proposed Metrolinx bicycle parking spaces).
