Description
Site Plan Amendment Application in relation to file 18 247708 NNY 34 SA. The architectural and civil plans have been amended to change the proposed condominium from two-condos to one-condominium which now aligns itself with the draft plan of condominium application. Included in this resubmission are amended landscape drawings which have been amended to include the removal of concrete planter curbs along the front yards of all the proposed units.
